Out of Stock:

We do our best to keep the website up to date on inventory. There are times when we run out of inventory. In these cases, you will be sent an email advising of the backorder.

Pre-Orders:

Some items will show Out of Stock (at the bottom of the description) and allow pre-orders. If an item states "ETA PENDING" we do not have an estimated date of arrival for this item. It could take time to receive.

Once you hit the order button, your credit card is charged. If you are pre-ordering and wish to wait to be billed until an item ships, you must call in your order.

Shipping:

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 12:00 PM EST FOR OVERNIGHT, 2 OR 3 DAY DELIVERY. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE POSSIBLE BY CALLING.

Oversided Items:

Shipping is based on standard sized package weights. If a product is oversized, or weight is not as listed on site, your shipping charges will be blank. Simple call us to determine the shipping charges. You may also submit your order with a zero shipping charge and we will send you the exact shipping charge before submitting your order.

Standard Delivery: Most items ship the same business day, when entered before 1:00 pm EST
Some items may take up to 4 business days for orders to be processed and then shipped. Shipping time depends on location of warehouse and delivery location.

Service Outside the Continental US: We have partnered with Bongo International. You will be able to place your order with us through their personal shopping account. Please use link above.

Cancellation Policy:

Please call to cancel any order that has not been shipped.

Returns:

Only products in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted return. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email for an RMA number. In some cases, customer pays 2-way freight (out and back).

There are very few items where we have a restocking fee. Please email if you wish to know about a particular item.

RMA numbers may take up to a week to provide.

Damaged Product:

Contact customer service to initiate damage claim.

Warranty:
